Looking for a pumpkin spice latte that you can feel good about drinking? Ditch the store bought lattes that are filled with refined sugars, artificial colours and flavours. This recipe is clean, nutritious and sooo darn delicious.
I love having something hot first thing in the morning to warm my bones on these chilly fall days. This latte is made dairy free & sugar free. To make it vegan you can omit the collagen and feel free to add a little honey or maple syrup to add a little sweetness.
What you will need:
- pumpkin puree
- dairy free milk of choice (I used coconut)
- marine collagen
- coconut oil
- cinnamon
- clove powder
- boiling water
- honey or maple syrup (optional)
