If your anything like me, then you absolutely love everything chocolate peanut butter flavoured.. I mean who doesn’t??
This breakfast pudding is SO simple to make, containing only 4 clean ingredients. It is gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free, dairy free & vegan, low-carb + paleo friendly!
The toppings are where you can get super creative.. maybe even a little bit wild and make this breakfast your own! I love adding banana, coconut yogurt, cacao nibs and a healthy dollop of peanut butter. If I feel like a want a little sweetness to it I will add chocolate chips and a drizzle of maple syrup. This would also pair well with fresh berries or peach, roasted nuts, toasted coconut or dried fruit.
